Background: <coming later> Quickie = Dark Elven assassin in times of old. Bitten and turned in a time long long ago. While weak, was caught by Team Rocket and used in various experiments involving psionics as part of Project X. Only two(so far) subjects survived, Codename: Psiblade(Harle), and Codename: Valkerie(Calamity). After escaping Team Rocket, he joined up with Team Missile, only to once again return to Team Rocket after all these years. Now a resident at Omega, his assignments are much like those of Division 6, but on a higher scale. Whereas Division 5 steals Pokemon, Division 6 does key missions, and Division 7 shows off... Harle, in Division X... kills people.... That is it. Harle was presumed dead on Team Rockets last mission to destroy the main Team Missile base. His official KIA was being crushed by a wall. His body however was never found. He left behind his long-time lover Sabrina, his mistress Pen, and a handful of people he could perhaps call "friends." After a year or so he would make his return though. Not wearing his mask or black garb, all of it being replaced by shining white. Upon dying he had ascended to demi-god. Throughh his life long search for the ultimate power, he had found it in death. For a short time he associated himself with Shard (the ice prince) being able to fully communicate with him on an deity level. But as time moved on, so did Harle. It was not for him... All this outworldly godlike power was not for him. Through a rather dubious pact with unmentioned dark forces, he traded deity powers for the right to once again walk amongst the earth as an immortal like he was before. He would return to Omega as the Harle they all knew prior. Only things had changed. Pen had left. Sabrina had moved on. He was alone again... But he had always been alone. No one had ever understood him. None-the-less, he was back... Having experienced Death, Ascendence, and then being Reborn again. He had seen much in his time... But more powerful than ever, no longer scared of the unknown and unaffected by the powers that be... He was more dangerous than ever. Only time will tell what is to become of the man known as Harle.
Fighting Style: Average martial arts, very good spear-fighting, and second to none psionics/telekinesis.
Weapons: Elven Spear, "Psionifer" - item crafted by the engineers of Team Rocket to control the psionics they fully unlocked in Harle's head. Without this crown, his head would explode... Picture Cyclops from the X-Men with his special glasses holding in his eyebeams... Except this is a crown, holding in his brain power ;p
